PresentationTube offers a free video presentation recorder and video sharing platform to help teachers and students easily record and share quality video presentations in a new way. The video presentation recorder allows presenters to narrate and annotate PowerPoint slides and synchronize a variety of essential visual media, including webcam video, whiteboard, Web content, YouTube video, and desktop screen.

The recorder automates the process and ensures that teachers and presenters only need minimal technical knowledge and spend no additional time creating materials. PresentationTube is able to record all screen and audio activity on your computer screen and create industry-standard video files. PresentationTube can also add screen captions to your recordings in seconds and with the unique annotation feature you can even personalize your videos by including a webcam movie of yourself “picture-in-picture” over your desktop. The platform uses YouTube API to upload and combine the video with slide navigator, allowing the learner to move to the respective video content and control both the progress and length of video presentation.

PresentationTube received a considerable regional recognition with 15,000 subscribers and more than 1,000 video presentations in all subjects. Teachers and presenters can use PresentationTube to support learners by presenting curriculum materials, illustrate concepts that are less easily explained through traditional media, support new types of learning opportunities, and provide enrichment activities for students in traditional face-to-face lectures or through e-learning environments.
